Hira Lal, born in 1977, a professional bodybuilder from Kapurthala, Punjab, won the Mr Universe title at the 65th World Body Building Championship, Mumbai. He won Gold Medal for India after 23 years. In 1988 it was Prem Chand Degra, who made India proud. A product of Dr. Randhir Hastir, drew inspiration from Mr. India Bihari Lal
