37th. JALANDHAR 

District bodybuilding championships was held at Maqsudan on 2nd JANUARY 2011. 90Bodybuildier from all parts of Punjab took part in the Championships. Vikas Khann of Tara’s Health Club won the over all Mr. Jalandhar tittle for the year 2010 -2011.

Mr. Avtar Henery Ex. Minester Punjab gave away the prizes. In the judges penel Dr. Randhir Hastir, Vijay Sharma, Verinder Ghuman, Surinder Singh, Yogesh Sanan, Mohinder thukral, Lakhbir Billa, Gurmeet Gulu Nagra were present. The championships was organised by Nagra Health Club and District Bodybuilding Association.
