The 34 the Mr. Punjab 2006 was held at Dussehara Grounds, Mandi Gobind Garh, on 26^th. Feb. 2006 and the competition ended late night.

120 Bodybuilders from all parts of Punjab participated in this championship.

Mr.Narinder Singh of Punjab Police won the Mr. Punjab title for the year 2006.

Punjab Police won the team championships with Jalandhar as runners up and Gurdaspur was third.
