Hira Lal , I know him from the past 15 years when he started Bodybuilding. I am proud to be associated with his training and participation right from the beginning. 
He won the over all Jr. Mr. India in 2001 when he was given award by Mr. Nana Patekar in the Andheri Sports complex ... the venue where he won the World Gold medal fro India the lucky complex.
Vegetarian Hira Lal won Mr. Punjab, Mr. India, Federation cup and Mr. ASIA in the last four years.
Serving in Punjab Police as Head constable is very soft spoken thorough gentlemen. He is the best human being and attached to the roots. My god bless him   ...  DR. RANDHIR

INDIA finished SECOND behind Egypt in the team championship with 5 medals and 77 points. Egypt got 97 points. WELL DONE INDIA!
