                    I read about your achievements and I am extremely impressed by them. My name is Akshay; I am a graduate of IIT Bombay in Aerospace Engg and I work with a top airline in Mumbai. I have been practising bodybuilding for the past 5 years as a hobby and I wish to train for competition now.   
 
                   I am a typical ectomorph with narrow bone structure. During my student years, I was affected by tuberculosis and my weight was 55 kg (height 6'3") . That is when I decided to take up bodybuilding and after 5 years of bodybuilding , my weight is now 90 kg. I have attached a photograph which is a combination of photos taken 5 years apart. I have seen your photo.
At 6'-3'' you are 90kg. It is good proportionate weight to your height. Now you want to become  a competitive bodybuilder. At your height you need at least 115kg. body weight to be balance your height. Mr. Ghuman is 6'-4'' and is 125kg.
You need not to train like a laborer. You should follow the basic power and bulk programme to  get bigger, strong and leaner. You need to eat sensibly. Supplement has a role in your case. But be sure you are not taking any type of steroid or drug. Other wise you will never get bigger and stronger. Because drugs only polish you for some time and once you leave them you loose the gain and also leave behind irreparable health damages.
 
You should train very heavy only 3-4 times a week and train each muscle group not less then 2 times a week. Try avoid any type of over-traing. Once you strain your muscle in gym the building starts while you are resting and eating. So do not get confused and have faith in your self and start right.

My dear Jatinder. It is good to learn that you have great aim to become a bodybuilder of high level.In our society there are number of sex notions which are prevalent without any bases. They are just misinformation about the actual physiology of human body. Sex energy or sex power has nothing to do with the physical power. It is all the mind which take care of your performance.
Loss of semen dose not cause any health  weakness. If this is not true then every body must have died after marriage. Same is with masturbation. No problem there is no physical or muscular weakness comes out of it. Only thing you must not be the slave of the habit. So NO PROBLEM GO AHEAD WITH IT but I may tell you the enjoyment you get after a strenuous workout is much more then jerking your self.

Actullay, I want to know bench press, dumbbel fly , standing barbell curl,preacher curl, drag curl,  side lateral raise etc. How to do exercise every body knows.Differnet trainer different view are correct position of the above exercises .  My dear Asadul,     Yes, I agree with your views about the approach of different trainers for different things. To your query, I can simply say that the only method I follow to guide my students are through the scientific principles. I appreciate the experience of great coaches and champions but I follow and recommend only basic scientific principle.

You mentioned about bench press movement I cam simply say the weight has to fall down following the gravity line and the best effects of the exercise can be achieved only when we apply the muscles groups involved following the unchangeable gravity line. There is always the line of force by the group of muscles involved the movement. The best results and minimum injuries can only we achieve when the line of force remains closest to gravity line. I hope you can understand from where the bar should travel to which part of the body to give you maximum results.

Concludingly I would say during any movement let the weight/ load fall itself towards the gravity line and do not worry to which part of their body it is coming. It is the anatomy of the body which differ from one person to the other. Hence the bar should travel in a straight vertical line for best results.

   Respected sir, this is my third mail to you, you had already sent me training and diet chart last February,i also met you at kolkata during the national bodybuilding event since then i have been practicing according to your schedule. But due to my working hours which is from 9am to 5 pm its not possible for me to take all the supplements you have suggested .Now I am doing 12 to 15 reps all exercise (Big muscles 12 to 15 set and smaller muscles 9 to 10 sets) weekly 2 days each body part.  Dear Dipankar, I have seen some changes in your physique from the last photos. But you need to add 30 minuets of cardios three times a week after the heavy workouts. You should not do 6-8 sets for bigger muscle like chest, legs and back and 3-4 sets of medium size muscle like shoulders and calves and 2-3 sets for smaller muscles like biceps, triceps and abdomens etc. It is advised to check seriously on the carbs and protein intake. Even if you take protein more then required then it will burn as energy and will be stored as fat. At 72 kg you require just 2200 Kcal coming from your complete food and supplementation. You need to be at calorie deficit always to lose body fat.   Never perform lightweight training. Let your all sets be 6-8reps per sets. And every last rep of your set should be beyond your reach and must struggle hard to perform. This will help you to increase muscle mass, size and strength. Cutting and shaping up is always with cardios and sensible eating. You can continue with the supplements and can add Thermocut capsules 2 caps 2 times a day before major meals.

Dear Devidas Patil, I have seen your photo which shows that you have some muscle mass over a narrow frame with medium size ribcage. You required to put on more mass over your back, shoulders and on triceps. I could not see your legs in the photographs. It is advised to you to concentrate on the basic exercises like plain bench press, front press, chinning, dead lift,  squat, setup etc. Try to do 2-3 sets of 6-8 reps to times a week on single day. Follow  this schedule for 4-6 month on the basic exercises. don't worry about small muscle groups they will get enough training during the above mentioned basic exercise movements. This means on Monday Wednesday Friday perform the above 6 exercises  and rest on other days not even running or warming up. I have seen the photo of Mr. Sunder Lal. He is 5'.7'' and weighing 70kg. From his physique I can find out that he has shorter legs then his trunk. He got moderate shoulder width. He needs to be bigger and heavy. He should be around 85kg weight with same muscularity what he is having now. It is basically difficult. The only answer to get bigger is the consistent basic natural training and gaining not more then 3-4 kg. of bodyweight every year. Really speaking there is no role of any type of steroids or any hormone in such case. They can temporarily pump you to get some better for a while and will leave you more weak when you leave them + a bonus gift of life long diseases.     He needs to be in lean shape throughout years and keep increasing power and strength in basic exercises like Squats, Bench Press, Front Press, Dead Lift etc. for 6-8 reps.

Dear Mr. Aziz,   From your photos and your e mail I could guess that you hardly know any thing about bodybuilding. You have good physique and genetics. You can improve to get good shape. But you have to follow the basic principle of training, diet and rest.You need to lose about 20kg of fat and gain at least 10 kg. of muscles. This will give net body weight loss of 10kg and net gain of 30kg of muscles. It may look you difficult but it is simple science. You need to consume just 2200 kcals in 6-8 divided meals. All the meals should be balanced. You need to train just 4 -5 days a week and rest other days. You need to do only 2-3 times of cardios 20-25 minuets in a week that too only after a strenuous workout. You should exercise and concentrate on the bigger muscles like legs, chest and back etc. and les stress over the small muscles and muscles groups.

You must not over train muscles at any cost so no super sets. Do not under train also. You must exert all muscle minimum 2 times a week. You should lift fairly heavy for 6-10 reps and there should be rest of at least 3-5 minuets between each sets. Do not go crazy for more more proteins and unwanted supplements.

 From your photo I can guess you are not doing proper muscle building exercise. You need to go to the gym just 3-4 times a week and complete all the muscles exercise twice a week. The exercise should be fairly heavy so that you could perform 6-8 reps with difficulty and then rest for 4-5 minuets between exercise. Do not perform more sets for the small muscles. You must do cardios at least 2 times a week for 30 minuets after the training. You must have the complete rest on the other days. If you perform proper exercise you will increase the diet utilization for the next 72 hours and that will help you to gain mass. Consume 6-8 very small meals and all the meals should be balanced.
As supplements you need balanced supplements of Tara's like Mega tripple mass, Amino Mass or Magik Mass. But be sure no duplicate.  For better protein digestion and assimilation you can use Tara's 2 Protizyme capsules  2-3 times a day with meals.

I think you and your so called trainer are mistaken that drug can make any body a champion. Yes drugs and steroid can cripple anybody for life. The champions are born and nurtured by good coaches under favorable circumstances. You are now presenting all the side effects which are visible outside but you may have got some thing more inside. Get your blood chemistry checked like LFT, RFT, Lipid profile, serum calcium etc. 

To improve your physique the only answer is the regular, hard, optimum and sensible training and eating. Supplement has some role but not the only answer. Let me have your physique photo and the lab reports so that I could asses your body potential and guide you to improve.

I may remind you that it is only the genetics which give you edge over  others.

I have been in to bodybuilding  for few years now and off late for past 3months im unable to workout due to tennis elbow injury. I had been to ortho surgeon and had cortison injection given, and it has been of no help.

I need to know how to cure my injury and also will i be able to continue lifting weights in future. Has any bodybuilder gone through same kind of injury ? What is the medication need to undergo and how many months of rest?

Pls advise me, im sorry to bother you, however im desperate to come out of this injury as its killing me and im getting restless day by day as im not able to lift weights or undergo bobybuilding training.

I can under stand you injury and at the same time your passion for lifting weight. You have elbow injury. It stops you to all pushing exercises. But you can do all pulling exercise, abdominal exercises, lower back exercise, legs and calf exercises. Even you can do some exercises for you shoulders and chest like side raises, front raises, peck deck, straight arms dumble flyes etc.

The injured elbow will take some time to recover. It requires some rest. But the rest does not mean complete bed rest. You can exercise surrounding muscles of elbow like biceps, forearms and shoulders.

So do not get disappointed and go to the gym today and start workout and strengthen the muscles around elbow and other muscle of the body.
