The advent of high-tech gyms and high society community health clubs, the need of a qualified fitness and bodybuilding trainers is increasing day by day. I am getting lot of job placement requirement by many agencies and upgraded gyms for the need of qualified instructors. Keeping in view the demand, Tara's institute and National School of Bodybuilding & Fitness Jalandhar has started a one year diploma in bodybuilding & Fitness for 10+2 Passed students with fitness interest. For this one year diploma the Institute has all the infrastructure and faculty to impart education to educate a complete fitness instructor. The syllabus includes basic anatomy- physiology, kinesilogy, bio-mechanics, exercise theories, aerobics, sports medicine & injuries, physiotherapy & rehabilitation, personal training, diet & nutrition, health club management etc.
The admission will start the month of April 2008 and the session will start in May, 2008. The exams will be in the month of March 2009 under the management of B.S.S. a govt of India undertaking under vocational educational programme with its office at Channai. & Punjab Amateur Bodybuilding Association.
